Dubai breakfast is not one kind of meal. One morning might mean Damascene foul and saj; another, Lebanese manakish still warm from the oven; another, eggs Benedict ordered well after noon. This guide follows the menu and its clock: where breakfast is explicitly served all day, where the kitchen gives it a proper cutoff, and where the operator still needs to confirm the last breakfast order. Prices below are current menu examples, not a promise that every branch or every add-on costs the same.
Updated 1 October 2026. Breakfast hours and menu availability can vary by branch; confirm the service window before setting out.

Regional breakfasts with a real service window
Daraj Al Yasmin — Oud Metha
A timed Damascene breakfast. This is the clearest pick when the breakfast itself is the plan rather than a late cafe stop: the restaurant publishes a four-hour breakfast window and separate prices for a full tray and cart dishes. Get there before 1 PM; the venue staying open later does not extend the breakfast menu.
Menu and timing: Breakfast tray AED39; foul or fatteh from the cart AED25. Breakfast daily, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. Restaurant opens 9:00 AM–2:00 AM.

AMOO — Business Bay, Marasi Drive
Lebanese breakfast from the oven. AMOO gives the morning a Lebanese centre of gravity: start with a warm zaatar manakish, then add labneh or foul if you want more than a quick bite. Its current breakfast page and live menu both list the broad Amo Breakfast spread at AED75, though neither says how many people it serves. The pages disagree on whether breakfast begins at 7 or 8 AM, so check before an early visit.
Menu and timing: Wild zaatar manakish AED30; labneh and foul madamas AED28; cheese manakish AED32; AMOO breakfast spread AED75. Breakfast page: daily 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. Homepage and reservation pages say breakfast begins at 7:00 AM. Plan around the later start unless AMOO confirms otherwise; the menu does not say how many guests the AED75 spread serves.

Le Flamant Rose — Dubai Creek Harbour
French, Persian and egg plates. One table can split its morning between saffron eggs Benedict and a Persian breakfast board, both named on the same menu. The AED139 set is a specified two-person bundle: two hot drinks, two juices, croissants, eggs and fruit. The AED169 grand breakfast serves two to three. The restaurant opens at 8 AM, but its breakfast page gives no cutoff, so ask before planning a late start.
Menu and timing: Le Petit Matin AED69; Petit Déjeuner à Deux AED139; signature grand breakfast AED169 for 2–3 people. Restaurant open daily 8:00 AM–1:00 AM; breakfast menu page does not publish the breakfast service cutoff.

Reform Social and Grill — The Lakes
A British full breakfast with a stated service window. For a full-English in The Lakes, the choice is AED80 for the classic plate or AED120 for the Champion with black pudding and a drink. Reform’s current homepage says breakfast runs until noon, while its reservations page says 11:30; aim for the earlier cutoff until the venue confirms. The menu explicitly identifies pork bacon and sausage.
Menu and timing: Full English AED80; Champion Breakfast AED120; bacon or sausage baps AED60. The current homepage lists breakfast daily, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM; its reservations page lists an 11:30 AM cutoff. Until the venue confirms which applies, plan to arrive before 11:30 AM.

When you want eggs, bread or breakfast after noon
Bageri Form — Dubai Design District (d3)
A bakery-led breakfast, served all day. If you want breakfast to include the pastry counter rather than arrive as a separate course, Bageri Form puts both choices on one menu. Its breakfast is explicitly all day, useful when a slow start misses a conventional 11 AM cutoff; the current menu gives three savory anchors from AED40–45.
Menu and timing: Hot Honey, Feta & Poached Egg Croissant AED40; Olive Oil Omelette AED44; Breakfast Egg Bun AED45. Breakfast menu is labelled all day. Venue opens Mon–Thu 7:30 AM, Fri 7:30 AM and Sat–Sun 8:30 AM; closing times vary by day.

Butterfly Caffe — Dubai Creek Harbour
All-day cafe breakfast with an Arabic-leaning plate. Pick Butterfly when you want breakfast flexibility by appetite: an AED39 oat-and-fruit bowl sits on the same breakfast page as a six-side egg plate at AED85. Breakfast is served from opening to close; the Creek Harbour branch opens at 7 AM, takes walk-ins and stays open until 11 PM.
Menu and timing: Oat Fruit AED39; scrambled-eggs bruschetta AED52; Baledi breakfast AED85. Menu says breakfast runs from opening to close; Creek Harbour contact page lists daily hours 7:00 AM–11:00 PM. No booking is taken; walk-ins only.

Tom & Serg — Al Quoz, Al Joud Center
A modern Australian all-day breakfast. Tom & Serg is the Al Quoz choice when you want a breakfast that stays on the menu through the day, not a kitchen cutoff you must beat. The current menu runs from AED19 toasted sourdough to AED79 Aussie Benedict; the strongest distinct plates are Turkish eggs with mint yoghurt and house dukkah (AED67) and the beef-wagyu Benedict (AED79). It opens at 8 AM and closes at 5 PM on weekdays or 6 PM on weekends.
Menu and timing: Scrambled Eggs on Toast AED42; Turkish Eggs AED67; Aussie Benedict AED79. Official site lists 8:00 AM–5:00 PM weekdays and 8:00 AM–6:00 PM weekends; the menu names the section “All Day Breakfast.”

Slate Kitchen and Cafe — Town Square, Hayat Boulevard
A late breakfast, available to 11 PM. Slate is the clearest answer when “breakfast” means after a late start: the venue says the breakfast menu runs from opening until 11 PM. A full English is AED55, shakshuka AED39 and Desi breakfast AED29. The menu labels complimentary coffee or tea on selected sections; check which dish qualifies when ordering.
Menu and timing: English Breakfast AED55; Shakshuka AED39; Desi Breakfast AED29. Selected egg dishes and omelettes include complimentary coffee or tea, as stated on the menu. Breakfast menu available all day, from opening until 11:00 PM; venue opens daily at 8:00 AM.

JOES Cafe Dubai — Dubai Mall, Fashion Avenue
A polished, higher-priced mall breakfast. For a polished Dubai Mall breakfast, expect a premium bill: eggs Benedict, shakshouka, granola and the chicken-sausage full English each cost AED89; pancakes are AED91. The cafe menu lists a 9 AM opening, while Dubai Mall’s breakfast directory says 8 AM. Neither publishes a breakfast cutoff, so check the time before travelling.
Menu and timing: Most listed breakfast dishes AED89; pancakes AED91. The cafe menu page lists opening at 9:00 AM; Dubai Mall’s breakfast directory lists 8:00 AM. The breakfast menu page gives no cutoff; verify the cafe’s start time and last breakfast order.

Baker and Spice — Jumeirah, Town Centre
Eggs and house-made bread. Baker & Spice’s Jumeirah branch opens at 7 AM. Its current breakfast page moves from AED25 boiled eggs to AED48 Turkish eggs and an AED78 nearly-full English. Because the page does not identify a branch or breakfast cutoff, check that these dishes are on the Town Centre menu before setting out.
Menu and timing: Boiled eggs AED25; baked eggs AED37; Turkish eggs AED48; (Nearly) Full English AED78. Town Centre, Jumeirah opens daily at 7:00 AM and closes 9:00 PM. The current shared breakfast menu does not state service hours or confirm that every listed dish is available at this branch.

A quick way to choose
For a clearly timed regional meal, Daraj Al Yasmin publishes a 9 AM–1 PM breakfast window; Reform is the full-English choice, and it is safest to arrive before 11:30 while its pages disagree on the cutoff. For a slower start, Bageri Form, Tom & Serg and Slate explicitly call breakfast all day, with Slate publishing the latest limit at 11 PM. Le Flamant Rose brings saffron eggs and Persian breakfast boards to the same table. AMOO’s pages disagree on its start time, so check before an early visit.
Check the window before an early or late visit
AMOO and JOE’S list conflicting breakfast start times; Reform’s pages disagree on whether service ends at 11:30 or noon. Le Flamant Rose does not publish a breakfast cutoff, and Baker & Spice does not say when breakfast ends or whether its shared menu applies to the Town Centre branch. For a late breakfast, Bageri Form, Tom & Serg and Slate explicitly label their menus all day.
Menu prices and breakfast windows can change. Confirm the named branch and last breakfast order before travelling.
