10 cafes, from a bakery lunch to late saffron chai
A good cafe stop can be a meal with room to linger, a pastry and pie from a real bakery counter, or tea chosen for its aroma. This guide brings together ten Dubai cafes with distinct menus and settings, from Al Quoz and Jumeirah to Al Barari, JLT and Palm Jumeirah. Use the menu examples, neighbourhoods and opening hours to find the one that fits the day you have in mind.
Updated 1 October 2026.
Some of these cafes open early, but this guide is about the broader visit: a menu worth sitting down for, a bakery counter, a tea ritual or a room with its own character. For each stop, the area, a menu-price example and opening hours help you decide whether it fits your day.

Tom & Serg is a place to settle in: the operator describes a 250-seat, two-level cafe in Al Quoz that stays open into the afternoon. Its current branch-specific ordering menu lists the Baghdad Scramble at AED64; delivery prices may differ from the dining-room bill. The Mill Cafe and Bakery — Al Barari
For a bakery counter that can turn into an all-day meal

The menu says prices include service charge, municipality fee and VAT; the cafe is open daily 7:30 AM–8 PM.

FiLLi Select — City Walk, Al Wasl
For saffron chai with a plated cafe meal or late tea

Choose by the visit you want
For a sit-down meal with space around it, start with Tom & Serg or Harvest & Co. Choose The Mill for a bakery-led stop, Tania’s for tea as the main event, or FiLLi when chai and a late opening matter. Comptoir 102 and Forever Rose make the setting part of the visit; Revo brings a resort-side change of scene. Check a cafe’s current menu and branch hours before you set out.
